Waukegan is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Waukegan follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Kyle and Rick are tremendous with the athletes. Our son has been going for over 7 months. Not only are they building strong bodies, they are building confidence, and understanding of what it takes to grow in sport. Their sports science is top notch and the fact that they blend movement skills and strength training makes their program exceptional. Seeing them out in the community supporting their athletes takes it to the next level. My wife and I are both coaches (HS Lacrosse and College Football) and we were very particular about who we let train our son. This has been all we had hoped for. Our son ASKS to go more often then we schedule him, and that is the best recommendation that we can provide!

Training with Kyle has helped me improve my skills and confidence on the court. He’s a great trainer who pushes everyone to work hard while making every session fun and challenging. I always leave feeling like I’ve gotten better. I highly recommend this training program to anyone looking to take their game to the next level.

ETS Waukegan has been an incredible experience for our daughter. We were actually the 8th person to join almost a year ago and we are so glad that we did!! Kyle and his coaching staff are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping each athlete reach their full potential. Every workout is challenging, well-structured, and focused on building strength, speed, agility, and confidence. What stands out most is the positive and motivating environment. We appreciate Kyle even coming out to watch our daughter play in a volleyball match!! I love that ETS is in their communities supporting their athletes. We've seen noticeable improvements not only in athletic performance but also in confidence both on and off the court!!! Thank you to the ETS family for making this last year incredible and we can't wait to see more growth and progress! I highly recommend ETS Waukegan to any parent looking for a safe, supportive, and effective training program to help their young athlete grow and succeed. As a former collegiate athlete myself I promise you ETS Waukegan and Kyle are the absolute BEST!!
